Today was a pretty lazy day, we hung out around the house, took a short walk to the river to throw in some rocks. This picture embodies the laziness of the day, just sitting around, hanging out on the couch.

Hi Sarah, we "met" on Babycenter March 2007 board and I've continued to follow your blogs and photography. I just love your work! I've recently upgraded to the D80 and am working to develop my own photography skills (I am truly a beginner when it comes to shooting with the DSLR!). Would you be willing to share with me some of your tips or what settings you use on your different photos? I've read a lot of different do-it-yourself photo tips, but I'd really love to learn about photography by looking at the pictures that I can relate to. I will go along with the photo challenge but I had a rough week so I probably won't start until tomorrow. It's a great idea.
