Day two, an anniversary

Seven years ago today, Ali and I went on our first date. Ali had moved out of the house on Bagley street (where we met) 8 days earlier, to an apartment in the University District. He called me and told me he was having Sarah withdrawls and needed to see me. *swoon* We started by going to the Seattle Tilth festival at the Good Shepard Center, and then to the Taste of Wallingford, where you can go around and get small "bites" of food from the different restaurants in the district. We met up with our friends at the Taste and I think they were all surprised to see us holding hands in our budding romance. :p

Ali, it's been a beautiful seven years. Somehow, it doesn't seem that long, and yet it seems like forever. We have journeyed so much in these seven years, both of us earning degrees (you earned two), and getting married, travelling, and becoming parents twice. I am living my dream of a happy life. I don't say it to you often enough, but I couldn't be happier in my marriage. I love you until the end of time. *kiss*
