Hooray!!!

We met with our lender today, the appraisal came in for the house, and aside from one small issue (because it's an FHA loan they have some weird requirements) they want us to repair the paint on the exterior of the house before they approve the loan. We're going to just do a quick sand/prime/paint in the problem areas since we were thinking we'd do a full paint job next summerish. Anyway, so financing is all in order, and only 18 days until closing! :D

And I found a nice bunk bed at a consignment store here for the kids, too. Yay!
