I got the kids signed up for some classes today. For the next 5 weeks they are doing a clay-modeling class, and then they switch to a "science" class and an art class. Elyas will be taking gymnastics, but Leila won't. When I asked her about taking classes she started crying and worrying about being left in a class. Poor girl, so much anxiety is not worth it, even though she'd love it, I'm sure!
The pic above is them both working on their "school work". Look at that, I've got a lefty and a righty! And it's so cute, they both stick out their tongues when they concentrate. :) Elyas continues to amaze me, take a look at what he did on his worksheet!

I circled the letter "A"'s that he traced himself. A small, but important step, he's also focusing on coloring in things instead of scribbling on the page. I think he's going to be my early reader/writer... you know he's my little language guy. I wonder if he'll be a politician... or an English teacher... journalist? lawyer... who knows!

Tatyana sticks her tongue out when she is concentrating too, or at least she used to!
