Everyday things wouldn't be complete without at least one picture of a mess. My house is in a constant state of disaster. Today we came home and when we walked in the door, Leila said "what HAPPENED". Ugh, yes, it's so bad a 2 year old notices! In this picture we see the usual state of my kitchen counter. The remaining dinner dishes, plus empty tub of cream cheese and jar of salsa, discarded apple, and a jar of curry that was on my counter for 2 weeks. mmm.
My opinion is, our children are only young for such a short period of time. Who cares if my house is messy right now? I'd rather look back and remember playing with my kids as babies rather than cleaning my house!
