30 Days of the Everyday - Day 11

You can tell how far behind my blogging is. This one was taken on Valentine's Day. I made borscht with the carrots and potatoes cut into the shape of hearts. It was truly a labor of love (and a pain in the butt). Tasty soup that now, more than 2 weeks later, is likely growing fur in my refrigerator. Man that thing needs a cleaning.
