it was one of those days

You know, those days? The ones where you want to crawl back into bed, but you have kids so you can't.

I had a ton of work I needed to get done today, HAD to be done today. So my attention was divided. And this did not sit well with Miss Leila. She was just after Elyas all day long... pulling him along, grabbing him, squeezing him in a malicious hug. I found myself screaming at her, and pleading "please leave your brother alone". Oy, it was a rough one. I know it could have been fixed by me just sitting down and playing with them for a while, but I seriously couldn't. I need to juggle my work load around a bit so I have a free day, or free enough that I can play with them while they are awake. I also need a laptop so I can work in the living room instead of in the computer room. That would help, I could play and work, at least a little, at the same time.
