Weekly menu planning

Here's what's on the docket for this week:

Dinners:
chili rellenos with refried beans
roast chicken and root veggies
chicken pot pie (with left over chicken from the roast)
lentil soup (with stock from the chicken bones) *thanks anita for the inspiration!
lasagna and salad with a nice crusty bread
Wednesday night is a potluck with our friends, we'll be bringing stuffed squash (with quinoa and cranberries, most likely)

Lunches:
Grilled cheese and tomato soup (from a box, I'm not supermom)
noodle and veggie mix up

Snacks
Satsumas
Muffins (flavor to be determined!)
Pumpkin seeds
