Blessings and Accomplishments for 2007:

Of course the biggest blessing this year has been the birth of our son, Elyas! He arrived peacefully at home on March 4th.

Leila and I were lucky to get to travel to Hawaii with my parents in January.

Ali's brother and soon-to-be sister in law came and visited in May for 10 days. It was wonderful for them to get to meet the children!

Ali's sister came to the states in August and we drove down to meet her, her husband, and her children in Portland.

Ali went on the job market and got 5 interviews! Now we just wait to see who will call us!

We were able to spend our Christmas with family, including my cousin and her 2 children whom we do not get to see often.

My father quit smoking twice this year! Let's hope he's able to stay quit this time.
